BootCamp is training only and doesn't include body assessments, monitoring, or before and after photos. It is for existing participants that have already reached their goals and/ or new participants that do not wish to participate in the Challenge as a whole and only need to maintain their current weight/ fitness status. There is limited space so please book your spot as soon as possible.
BootCamp Training runs with the Challenge sessions as well as continues between the end of current challenges and the start of the next challenge, providing continuous training to our Maniacs! BootCamp 6 week specials begin at the start and midway during the challenge.
